Standard Shipping (USA)

  • Orders of $60.00 or more (subtotal) shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia qualify for free standard shipping.
  • A $6.99 shipping fee will apply for orders below $60.00.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your order will typically be shipped within this period.
  • Most orders will arrive within 2–5 business days from the order date.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Central Time will be considered placed the next business day.
  • We use carriers that provide the best rate within our system.
  • From time to time, there may be out-of-stock items that will not ship. A full refund will be provided for out-of-stock items.

  • Shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $12.99.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days.

  • Standard delivery within Singapore typically takes 2–4 business days.
  • Free shipping is available for orders above S$60.
  • Orders below this amount will be charged a flat shipping fee of S$2.99.

International Shipping

  • International shipping outside the USA and Singapore is available — please check availability at checkout.

Some items ordered online may be available for pick up in a store of your choice. If eligible, you will be presented with the option to select store pick up during checkout. Most items available for store pick up are ready within four hours of placing your order. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by another email when your order is ready for pick up.

All pick up times are estimates. While we strive to meet all quoted times, we cannot guarantee availability at a specific time and are not liable for delays. Orders not collected within 5 days of the “Ready for Pick Up” email will be automatically canceled.
