We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied, Biofinest® offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible purchases made through Biofinest.com. Simply contact our support team within 30 days of your order date, and we will guide you through the refund process. Please note that refunds are issued excluding shipping costs, and certain items (e.g., clearance or final sale) may not be eligible.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date (or within 30 days under the Money Back Guarantee).
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles, used products, or items not in their original condition unless covered under the Money Back Guarantee

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. To help us expedite your request, please include photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label if available.
  3. Make sure to clearly show the product lot/batch number and expiry date in the photo/video.
  4. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued excluding shipping costs, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or damaged product.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include photos or videos showing the condition of the item, packaging, and shipping box. Be sure the lot/batch number and expiry date are visible. We will arrange a replacement, full refund, or partial refund depending on the situation.

International Orders

For international customers, please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

Final Sale Items

Certain items, such as clearance products, promotional bundles, or free gifts, may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
