How to Become an Authorized Reseller

1. Review Our Reseller Policy
   Please carefully review the [Authorized Reseller Policy] page. This outlines the requirements, responsibilities, and compliance standards for all Biofinest resellers. Ensure that your business practices, sales channels, and marketing methods align with these guidelines before applying.
2. Submit Application
   Complete the authorized reseller registration form. We’ll evaluate your business details, location, and planned channels of sale.
3. Get Approved
   Once approved, you will receive confirmation and access to the reseller-only portal with pricing, ordering tools, and support.

Shipping Policy for Resellers

• Order Value: Calculated at net invoiced amount (after discounts).
• Orders Under $200: A flat $11.95 shipping fee applies.
• Orders $200 and Over: Free standard shipping (2–3 business day delivery).
• Orders Over 150 lbs: Shipped via LTL truck service with a standard 7-day lead time.
• Outside Contiguous U.S.: Orders may require longer shipping timelines.
• Small Parcel Orders: Ship the same day if received by 3:00 PM CST (4:00 PM EST, 1:00 PM PST, 11:00 AM HST).
• Refused Packages: Customers will be billed for shipping charges if a package is refused.

Return Policy for Resellers

• Shipping Discrepancies: Must be reported at the time of delivery or within 5 business days of receipt. Claims made after this timeframe will be considered invalid. Documentation should be provided to Biofinest Customer Care at support@biofinest.com.
• Eligible Returns: Only accepted for validated shipment discrepancies (OS&D) or verified quality concerns.
• Non-Returnable Items: Credits and returns will not be considered for non-defective products, including but not limited to:

• Discontinued items (by vendor or customer)
• Underperforming and/or overstocked inventory
• Short-dated, expired, or out-of-date products
• Shelf Life: All products ship with adequate remaining shelf life. Shelf life details are available upon request.
• Return Authorization: All returns require a Product Return Authorization Number (PRAN). Returns will not be accepted without this authorization.
• Verification: Biofinest will inspect all returned products and verify quantities before issuing credit.
• Fraud & Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse a return if there is suspicion of fraud or abuse in any part of our return program.
