Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

❌ Gift cards or promotional giveaway items.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval – Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the product securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Refund Processing – Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds & Processing Time

✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
✔ It may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
