Due to a potential quality issue with a few bottles packaging in the above batches, we have decided, as a precaution, to recall those batches. The packaging of the product is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

This recall involves 1/3 fl. oz (10 mL) and 3.3 fl. oz (100 mL) amber glass bottles with black caps of BioFinest Wintergreen Essential Oil. The 100 mL bottles include a dropper. The label on the bottle displays the BioFinest logo, product name and the volume amount of the bottle. The UPC codes 759578392443 (10 mL) and 759578392436 (100 mL) are printed on the bottle’s label.

To act in a responsible manner and as a precautionary measure, we have chosen to recall all batches of Wintergreen essential oil product.

Customers who purchased a bottle from any of the above batches (between Nov 2019 and May 2020) are asked to return them to a store, at their earliest convenience, for a refund or replacement. Biofinest consumer care team will provide information and instructions on product return (free of charge) and reimbursement options.
